It was easy to access, with reliable shuttle service and several restaurants nearby. the traditional room was clean and spacious, with comfortable futon beds. the bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and accommodating in every aspect, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We particularly loved the delicious Japanese breakfast and the serene outdoor hot spring, where we relaxed and soaked in the stunning view of the surroundings.

The hotel had great facilities, with a lovely in-house spa that wasn't too crowded. We appreciated the free shuttle which was always available, making transportation a breeze. The staff spoke English fluently and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, we enjoyed ample parking space and a convenient location.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location as it was close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. The traditional Japanese dinner served was also a highlight of our stay.
We were disappointed by the state of the facilities, which were quite old and outdated. The onsen water was also uncomfortably hot, unlike other onsens we have visited, and the facial products showed signs of mold.

The hotel is in a great location near many eateries and attractions. the traditional Japanese style dinner served was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth trying. the hotel shuttle bus was reliable and made it easy to get around.
The hotel needs a lot of refurbishment. the onsen water temperature was too hot, and some of the facial products had black mould.
